"I am here to warn everyone about some the lack of integrity at this agency. To begin, I was sold an auto insurance policy as a permissive user to help lower premiums. Then, some 8 months later, the agent who sold this auto insurance policy left. Coincidentally at that exact time, I lost my status as a permissive use driver. My partner and I were not notified, it just happened. When I complained, I was told this was a corporate policy change and there was nothing they could do. Later on, when we filed a claim, we found out that the uninsured motorist coverage we had, was removed at that same time, again without notice. Ultimately, this is what was most distressing about doing business with them - while the rates were competitive, their professional and ethical practices were less than impressive."
